Anyone heard of Moppi?

I found out that Universal Japan has their own Sesame Character named Moppi who is Elmo's best friend. I find this very interesting. Anyone else think they should westernize him and bring him to Sesame Street on TV? May be a good distraction for Elmo and the controversy

Moppi is an exclusive character to the Universal Studios Japan show, Happy Surpise. I believe Moppi's name comes from the word, "Muppet". Here's a video of Moppi in action.
