Anybody remember these Harvey Kneeslapper skits?

Hi! Do you remember any skits with Harvey Kneeslapper?

1) the one where he slapped the letter A on Fat Blue's chest?

2) the one where he slapped the letter C on Fat Blue's chest before he says "C!" and exits laughing?

3) the one where he slapped the letter D on Fat Blue's chest?

4) the one where he wants Kermit to stay outside to let his flippers frozen before Kermit yells "I AM GOING TO GET YOU HARVEY KNEESLAPPER!!!"?

I think I DID get to watch the "C" one on one of the 123 Sesame Street shows from 1993-94 on Noggin. Harvey went like "Do you wanna see?" while holding the brown bag. Fat Blue, of course, says that he can do it, so Harvey slaps a "C" on Fat Blue's chest and yells "C! HEEHEEHEEHEEHEEE!!!!"

What do you remember about the "A" and "D" ones?
