I'd like to store my postal addresses on the computer and not have to use index boxes anymore. Can anybody tell me about a computer program on which I can store postal addresses?

I'm pretty sure all email software for use on the computer, Outlook express, outlook, thunderbird all have the ability to add addresses about the people in the address book. I think its also possible to create a databse in microsoft access and then send mail to all of them and it automatically will put the addresses on the letters in microsoft word. I did learn this but ive forgotten the details because im not a fan of Microsoft products.
