Anybody else knew Brian Henson owns an African resort?

Apparently he's a director of Fundu Lagoon, "a small privately owned boutique hotel in Pemba offering natural barefoot luxury in a unique Tanzanian setting and reached by plane or boat from Zanzibar". I know it's the same Brian Henson because the other director is his ex-wife Ellis Flyte and if you take a look at his shelf in his office, you can see an award for the resort on it shaped like Africa (similar to this one). The place looks absolutely breathtaking by the way; I was looking up resorts to go to as a head start for summer vacation, and this is going at the top of my list.

I wonder if this is where Seymour is now.
