Any New Changes to the Set?

The other day I was thinking about how ever since 2002, there's been some kind of radical, or at least rather noticable, change to the set about every other year or so - 2002 (the first radical change), 2004 (the doors to 123 going back to green), 2006 (the carriage house going back to normal, and the return of the Fix-It Shop), 2008 (the second radical change), etc.

Seems to me it's about time some more noticable changes to be made... have their been any new changes to the set recently?

I don't think the set has changed at all since season 39, except the building next to the Subway entrance has become a flower shop:
