Alan Arkin, guest star on TMS in the late 4th season, won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor last night for "Little Miss Sunshine"; it was his 3rd nomination overall, his prior two being 38 and 40 years ago.

This brings the overall total of Oscar-winning actors on TMS to 10: Joel Grey, Rita Moreno, Peter Ustinov, George Burns, Julie Andrews, Cloris Leachman, Liza Minnelli, Alan Arkin, James Coburn, and Glenda Jackson.

I feel like commemorating the occasion by watching Arkin's episode of TMS tonight. Anyone else?

I remeber that eposide i love that one with alen arken it is so great and i love to watch him in general as a actor .

he has done such good work and so does his son adam i had wished that they had been on the muppet show togeher that would have been so great .
