I just now started to notice this...but how come, at the bottom of the forum page where the list of members who are currently viewing the forum, there's a + in front of certain names? :confused:

Those are the people you have added to your "buddy list" in your control panel.

oops, I don't have any friends....what exactly does the buddy list do....is it just so you can remember, or are there benefits to adding someone?

P.S did you ever get usergroups figured out? (hope I'm not being super annoying)

Buddy lists can be used for quite a few things. one of them though is with private messaging which is currently disabled for all users.

There are some new uses for usergroups that may be in place in the future. Stay tuned.
