A monster country?

I've always wondered if there was a hidden monster country in this world where the monsters come from and they have their own language and their way of life. And some of the immigrate to Sesame Street, New York to learn our language and our ways.

For I've noticed some monsters like Frazzle and the Two Headed Monster still speak the monster language while others like Telly, Grover, and Zoe, whom I guess were born in America, speak perfect English.
