A&E biography dvd problems

I was wondering if anybody had purchased the A&E Sesame Street biography dvd from their website. I just received mine in the mail and it skips like crazy and I 've tried it in a couple of dvd players too. I was wondering if anybody else has had problems with their dvds also. I am trying to decide whether I should exchange it or just completly return it and get my money back since I don't know if all their dvds are of this quality.
