Hey all,

I've been hard at work on a mess of puppets lately, and I thought I'd show two of them. I ought to have better photos of my BSG puppets in the near future, and I've finished one puppet which is hush hush at the moment, but which involves a fairly ornate application of thread as stubble, which I'm eager to share, but can't for a couple weeks.

So here in the meantime are:
Snitch 2.0 (a rebuild of Snitch from dotBoom, with slightly different skin and a different shirt):

Syfy (probably just a temp name; I'm probably going to use him to try to interview folks at Dragon*Con):

Comments/critiques are welcome, as always. Cheers!

The black eyes on the black face made me looking for his eyes, but nice job as always.

Thanks!

dotBoom is perpetually chugging along, but also perpetually getting knocked back by other gigs.

The beak is foam covered with liquid latex with several layers of high-gloss spray paint on it; it's a neat little texture.

Kevin the Frog: Good feedback. The light sort of gives him a white point over his eyes, but in that particular photo it's tricky to see. It's easier to see his eyes in person, though; we'll have to make sure to properly light his face at all times.
