Hey, i'm starting to build a Bear mascot head to replace a really shabby one that was donated to my puppetry club! i know what to use to actually build the head, but i'd rather not use Chicken Wire, or anything like that... My sister is a character performer at Disney World right now and...

Thank you so much! :) For some of the film, it was on purpose, but for others (like the Painting of the street) it was a blooper, mostly because I didn't have a moniter!

Through my experience as a Mascot, the characters that i've performed in usually saw through some dark chicken wire, or a thin layer of what appeared to be scott foam inside the character's mouth. while looking at the mutations, it seems that the heads are much smaller than a normal mascot head...

i always used hot glue for my puppets. I think that it is the most reliable choice.:)

you should use scott foam for his teeth.

Tear jerking Muppet moment ever! :cry: To me the saddest moment is when Jim died and all the muppets sang "Just One Person" from Snoopy the Musical. I was all chocked up!
