This was very sad news. I had grown up in the late 70's watching Captain Kangaroo. Very sad indeed. maybe someday some episodes will be put out so I can show my son who Captain Kanngaroo was.

I thought the end of ROTK was fine, it could have been longer as far as I am concerned. I loved the beginning of Fellowship, loved it more when the extended version came out. I too wouldn't mind if the trip to Bree had taken longer. Anything to see more of Hobbiton.

Yeah, I would have loved to have gotten one of those collectable clips. In my area the marathon sold out super quick too. No second day was added and in a 45 minute area around my house there are at least 7 big theaters and on one carried the event. I was disappointed by that.

I agree whole heart. I went today at 11:00am. WOW!!! Best Trilogy ever. What else can I say. It was just fantastic. The only down side is they are all done. Now I will look forward t seeing it a second time and then the extended version next year.

Did anyone see the Holiday Ed Sullivan DVD? I saw it today at Suncoast for the 1st time. It comtains various Holiday clips including Muppet ones. Although I don't know what specifically is on it I was surprised to see it.

I just got the white screne of death with an error listed. I went to another website (here) then back to Palisades and everything was fine. For that few seconds though I thought we had a problem. Have a good weekend everyone!

I picked up from Suncoast in King of Prussia PA over the weekend. My understanding about the website is they were all re-designed (Media Play, Suncoast, and Sam Goody) so that you can no longer order toys from them.

I had a sinus infection and fever about a month ago. I got better, and then lost my voice for three days. Got better for two weeks. Now I have another sinus infection. I haven't been this sick in about five years. I am hopefully going to the Dr. for some antibiotics.
