    Gonzo Puppet by Terry Angus

You all are right about the MR posers but you have to remember they were still a mass-produced product. For the most part, they were very good but just needed some tweaking once you got them home. Hindsight's 20/20 though, and I'm sure they would've gotten better and better with each release.

    Gonzo Puppet by Terry Angus

Oh wow Terry. Those are amazing. Almost brings a tear to my eye that we will never get anything close to that Rowlf or the amazing Fozzie you made. I remember you stating that the fur was "off" on that original Gonzo you created, but that thing absolutely blew me away. It looked alive. It...

Okay, so it's not new posers, but a new Mayhem display has been added to the gift shop at Hollywood Studios: What a shame we couldn't get posers of the entire band!

Wow, how sad. Not a single comment in a month and a half.

Funny, I saw them at Star Wars Celebration and thought Rizzo was a lot smaller than I thought he would be too. I don't know what the outcome is going to be with these but I doubt either muppets they have in the works would be very successful after seeing them in person. Darn, it seemed so...

Okay. I'm out. You won. There's absolutely no difference between a model kit or a stuffed animal than a replica. You're right. What could I have possibly been thinking? I was saving up for the Rizzo, but now I think I'll just run over to Hollywood Studios, pick up a $10.95 6" stuffed Rizzo...

eFX Collectibles to produce Muppet Replicas

Wow, oh wow. There's a huge difference between a replica and a model kit (or a replica and a stuffed animal). A true replica is something that's made from original plans or diagrams accurately matching the source model (or in this case, muppet). It uses the same materials and should be barely...

As usual, I agree with you Jamie. Isn't it ironic that the Bear could be priced at twice as much and would probably sell more units?

We don't know if they're even still coming at all.

eFX Collectibles to produce Muppet Replicas

Completely speculating but it sounds to me as though eFX has become a company where each of the principals have a full-time job and eFX has become a side business. I may be wrong about that, but it sure sounds that way. If that is the case, more power to them. I'm sure they started with the...

eFX Collectibles to produce Muppet Replicas

I think it's time for us to all take a deep breath and live life with the info we've been given directly from the company (no matter how sparse that might be). I appreciate the second hand info but I think it's time for it to stop. I doubt some of these things (like Bryan's taken a second job...

Since when? I'm sure there will still be an edition number. If they get 328 pre-orders, they aren't just going to make 328 posers.

Heh! I think we all knew the SW posers was a bit far-fetched (but a darn good idea if you ask me). Thanks for keeping us updated!

What would be your "Ultimate Poser?"

    Uncle Deadly would be amazing!

What would be your "Ultimate Poser?"

This is a little different than a wish list, it's a "dream" list.

What would be your "Ultimate Poser?"

    It was a joke.

What would be your "Ultimate Poser?"

So, if your wildest dreams could come true, what would be the poser(s) you'd like to see made? For me it would be: (1) The Electric Mayhem (with a really great, accurate Animal). Instruments sold separately. (2) Fozzie (3) Sesame Street (particularly Grover (with Super Grover...

eFX Collectibles to produce Muppet Replicas

My guess is that they want to get the number produced higher than 1,000 but are concerned about selling that many of the signature versions. If they could make 500 of each, they'd get the cost saving benefits of higher production with essentially two different products. Cooperation with the...

eFX Collectibles to produce Muppet Replicas

The only way I could possibly see this as negative is if eFX doesn't put out the signature versions at the same time. Otherwise, it's completely win win for everyone. I think it's brilliant. Oh and Ernie, I completely agree with you about not wanting to see Muppets as other characters...

eFX Collectibles to produce Muppet Replicas

I'm with Jamie in that I'd rather have the signature versions, however SW versions opens them up to an entirely new market. I'd bet there are many of us who would now double-dip to get Kermit as Luke who wouldn't have purchased Reporter Kermit (because it's too close to the MR version)...
