I'm quite a bit late in the game but I wanted to share some quick snapshots of my recently acquired Animal replica! It's amazing! I still need to make quite a bunch of little adjustments, and this forums has been very helpful, but overall, it rocks!

You know, i just got my Animal Replica and I'm very tempted to turn it into an actual puppet...

I'm not sure what scale they are, I'm thinking that the Gelflings are about 1:4 scale and Skeksis about 1:6 maybe? Lazlo sculped him, so he might have the answer to that! :D

Eventhough the Urac isn't based on the movie, I think it looks awesome, specially after seeing that pic at Muppetsnewsflash. Oh and that new Jared looks very cool too, I agree on the strange facial expression though...

Well, seeing that they are a Designer Toy company, that would make sense, they're vinyl toys. That's why there might be some discrepancies with the movie versions, they take creative liberties for those. I think the URAC looks more like a Brian Froud's conceptual drawing, what do you think...
