sesame figs
Well, I do agree that palisades is a collectors company. But I really think their volume sales would increase with decreased prices. After all look at the companies that are carrying them Toys R Us, Meijers, EB-toys, Suncost. But when parent like myself have a kid that wants to...
sesame figs
Phil,
Thank you for keeping us up to date but sorry to hear they lost it! :(
Hmm, Maybe Fisher Price could pick it up like old times!

PS I miss the old days with chat rooms
:)
Sesame delays
That's a shame!, I wondered why Fun 4 All would never reply to e-mails and couldn't get anything accomplished including their website. Hopefully someone else (Besides palisades) will pick it up. :grouchy:
Don't get me wrong I like palisades but they wory too much about...

Hey Phil!!!!
Nice to actually catch you in a timely fashion! Actually family is good but I'm sick. 8 (
Oh, well at least it gave me more time to play on the computer than I have had in a long time. Perhaps I will even post our new hot dog...
stretch
http://logos.goodnews.net/~time/
Antron fleece is definately better but it still has the same stretch issues that polar fleece has.
One tip I learned is fleece always has more stretch one way than the other. So, test you fabric first and put the least amount of stretch where you...
life size puppet
http://logos.goodnews.net/~time/
Actually I'm in the process of making one now that will be HUGE! plus I've been able to use other peoples costumes in puppetry.
Suggestion you can also make the mouth out of black sheer material which offers wider vision than looking the...
neoprene
Hey,
Actually I have made many mouths with gasket rubber. However this is not the same as neoprene. I've never actually seen neoprene used as a mouth plate as it is too flexible. Usually it can often be found in mouth grips which are attatched to the mouthplates.
The good news...
Hey Phil,
Elmo was finally found on ebay after a very long wait. I saw one last year at the flea market and wish I had bought it then.
your friend,

(note my other post about "Sesame 4-6" figures)
To anyone interested I am collecting the 4 1/4 , 5, and 6 inch sesame street bendables collection. I may have them all but I believe there is one more
So far I have collected:
Elmo, Bigbird, bert, ernie, zoe, cookie monster, & grover in the 1995 Applause collection
(does anyone know if...
Yes, Tera Toy...sorry. I too was very sorry they cancelled the line. I was also disappointed to see that palisades had to make their line larger than the 4" so they wouldn't be compatable. But I did like the rizzo from the chess set he goes nice with the 4" and 5" figures. Hopefully whoever...
Thanks for responding. The only Sesame poseables I know of are the ones made by "HA" which only had a cookie monster, bert, ernie, big bird, and a grover (grover was a bendy instead of poseables like the others). That and the 1995 PVC's by applause are the only action figures I know of that...
Well, I have to say I'm a muppet show fan first but I WOULD buy every Sesame St. Figure if Palisades ever put any out or anyone else in the same size. I keep hearing muppet fans say there have been alot of SS figures done... However that's just NOT TRUE AT ALL!!!!! Unless you count PVC...
Dunno about the Kermit Tux but I do know for a fact that the special Miss Piggy with long hair was not boxed in a case I got to see opened at E/B Games. So, I guess they are being shipped seperately.
None of the Toys R us's have their figures yet around me.
Actually the doozer with vehicles I had included with the figures. They are too small to put them on a figure card by themselves. I figured with the 4-5 doozers with vehicles and of course you have to have some doozer construction as apart of the great hall/ pond section it's all sorta included...
Ken,
Just a thought... When selling exclusives to out of the way folks such as Wizard who will only buy a relatively small # of figures anyway, couldn't you suggest to them allowing for mail order folks even pre-order prior to event. Sure they could charge us an extra 5 to 10 dallors per...
