She's most likely who's you're thinking of, Tee Hee from both "Big Bird & the ABC's" (1987-1992)and "Sleeping Birdie" (1990-1991). There's actually more about her in a Henson.com podcast with Julie Zobel, April 7, 2008.
Credits, according to Muppet Wiki
According to the article on "The Muppets Take Over Today" on Muppet Wiki, it was. Here's the cast list, as established over there:

Are you referring to the director? That was the Mr. Easy Peasy puppet from Mopatop Shop. Or the other creature? That was Big Mean Carl from Muppets Tonight.

My condolences with Mr. Cunniff's passing. I've spent the last few minutes compiling a biography focusing on his Sesame Street credit.
At any point, would you consider helping "Muppet Wiki" build up his biography? It's primarily focused on his time at CTW, but it includes the other major...
Unless you're Caroll or Kevin (or apparently Leslie this upcoming season), you only appear here and there. While Joey Mazzarino, Marty Robinson, they appear to some extent maybe in 70% of the episodes, and the amount of appearances go down from there if you're Fran Brill or Jerry Nelson.
Here's a good page to see all of the television series and movies with cast or crew connections...

No, it was 2001, for the season premiere of the series. "Sesame Park" was still "Canada's Sesame Street" back in 1996.

Likely not, because on most channels that would mean airing it when the target audience, school-age children, aren't home to see it. They more likely would put it on in the afternoon.

Well, limited fun. You've still got the parade, the characters, the gift shop, and two shows, but otherwise most of the things have height limits, don't they?
Wikinews has been attending the appearances by Christy Carlson Romano, by Bob, and soon by Miles and Gaby, and later Maria.

You basically have to keep an eye out on Google News. Once every 20 articles or so about SSL, they'll give the name of one of the performers. It's not like Disney on Ice, where they provide the whole cast list, albeit never telling their roles, on their press website.
I know Jodie in Big Bird's...
