    Muppets & Disney @ 2005 Macy's Thanksgiving day Parade

The Kermit Balloon only appeared in the taped opening (taped off of last year). While I did still enjoy the SS float and balloons, the rest seemed totally missing. I guess Disney didn't want to sponser the Kermit balloon so they could support their "jojo's Circus" balloon. In short...

    Save the Muppets

This is scarey, yet not totally clear. Do they intend to actually recast EVERYONE for EVERYTHING, or just for crappy little live events. Not saying it's great for either, but if it's the latter, I'd feel a little better.

Goof Troop & Quack Pack Comin To DVD!

Personally... A) Three episodes IS highway robbery. You can fit around 9 episodes of anything on a disk, for one. And secondly, why not small box sets? Are the Ducktales and Rescue Rangers one selling poorly? and B) They pretty much skipped over Talespin and Darkwing Duck, two Disney...

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 36

I wasn't paying attention... I just saw both "New" episodes yesterday. Didn't know they were around for a month. Just goes to show how bad this idea was. I am elated I saw Desperate Houseplants. Now I can stop complaining. Only, I would have changed 2 things... firstly, I'd have had a...

Sesame Street S1 Final Packaging Pics!

So, basically..... the toy line didn't even start yet, and it's already in trouble.... that's always nice to hear!:attitude: So, it's just late shipping. I was worried this wasn't going to happen, period.

Boxed set of classic SS episodes -- coming soon??

I would like to see a Classics best of set, or maybe some sort of 36 episode disk set(s) with the best of each season (that's one I've been thinking about being a possibility). But a Complete first season, depending on howmany episodes there are is only semi-likely. Even then, how are we to be...

    Celebrating Jerry Juhl

I have a Favor to ask If anyone on this site considers sending some sort of E-mail sympathy card to the relatives and employees of Henson, could someone please sign my name for me (Just the Dr. Tooth, or maybe James G.) as I won't be near a computer that much after today. Thank you.

    Sababa Mokey coming Summer 2006

Quite a long wait, but during that time, I'll probably get the others. I only have Gobo so far. Really hope an Uncle Matt and a Sprocket aren't too far behind. Just wish they'd make Fraggle PVC sets.

Ducktales and Rescue Rangers coming to DVD!

You know, I found that out JUST AFTER I found out you posted one as well. I heard the DVD news from, of all things, a TMNT web forum.

    Family Guy and Bunsen Honeydew

For those of you who missed it: Here's a snapshot of the Bunsen/Peter segment.

Are toy bubble pipes politically correct?

Agreed. You see, I feel as bad as smoking is, at least it's a self destructive habit. Whereas gun play encourages violence towards others. Besides, I STILL see bubble gum Cigars and candy cigs. It's not like a bubble pipe would really mess a child up.... unless they inhale by mistake....

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 36

Is anyone else getting annoyed with the little baby girl using a pancake for a "great hat" during those obnoxious commercials before the show? I don't think I want to be a father just seeing that. Anyway, a very good episode, dispite the use of the lame "Alphalphaboy" segments, and the...

Emmet Otter Special Edition coming to DVD

Their putting... ugh... Animal Jam on DVD? I wonder if they could put the animated Dog City on DVD. Would they hace to get rights from Nelvana?

    Fraggle Rock film in development

I wonder how Jerry Juhl's passing would affect this project. Hopefully not by much, though the writing wouldn't be the same.

Ducktales and Rescue Rangers coming to DVD!

There were supposedly plans to do so, but for some reason they don't. I'm guessing probably because of Amblin entertainment. But they have the stinking Super Friends on DVD in nice sets, why not these 2?

    Unmade Muppets

Sal was originally in Series 7, but was moved to Series 9. But for budget reasons he was pushed back to series 10, which was never made. Even then, I figure he would have been pushed back again due to the "Oz" figures that were never finished.

was there a "number of the day" for one?

Haven't the only recurring skits based on Number of the day that haven't had a one segment Pinball Number Count and Jazzy Spies? I always wondered why not. Can anyone explain? >>I think it's sad that no number past 21 has been featured as a number of the day skit. The highest number that...

    Sesame Street Character Theme Songs

I think Grover would go perfect with "I can't get no (Satisfaction)," especially the line about, "I try, and I try, and I try, and I try." Cuz if it's one thing Grover does best, it's trying. Succeeding, no... trying, yes.

    Shalom Sesame Coming to DVD!

I see that Sesame Workshop is up to their old tricks again. This is going to be released in one 5 disk box set or 5 seperate disks. I feel they could have condensed them into one or two disks. but I guess there's some marketing involved with that. It would be great if it had an all English...

    "Muppet Rockumentary" in the works

You know.... Ironically, Lips and Zoot, who rarely utter a word, are the ONLY members that have perminant performers. Unless you count Animal via Eric Jacobson.
