Well Muppet Central, I have a crisis. I'd bought a number of the Amazon digital downloads and traded most to help Muppet Central Radio and - just now - my external hard-drive died and wiped out my entire collection. I really can't afford to buy them all back - does anyone have these?
ALF animated and ALF Tales should have been released when the sitcom was put out on DVD TBH, the interest would have been there and both would have sold. I wish they'd have done what was done with Punky Brewster - the cartoons were on the box set as extras.
I too prefer Heathcliff and the...
I really hate the Nicktoons artstyle that got so popular in the 90's. It just rubs me the wrong way and while the shows that used it were okay, it made me not want to look at them. Friendship of Magic is a grand example - I've actually taken to not bothering to look at the TV and just imagine...
1982-1986 were a bit more amazing for me to be perfectly honest. 87-90 was the end of an era as things slid into the soup that would become the grunge generation. Still amazing years though.
I can agree with that. People tend to wrinkle their nose at folks who "hold on" to older series and the like as if they're ancient and behind the times because they can appreciate classics. It's just as bad to only like new things as it is to only like old though, you're limiting yourself and...
Oh no, not all debates are bad but I've seen a lot of fandoms boil down to who is sleeping with whom and their sexual orientation... and that's ALL the fandom cares about. See icon, that fandom is particular is notorious for it. I'd love to discuss the story, characters and plot holes but all...
Wow, I had no idea about the Transformers movie. That's rather crappy of them, I'd think it'd be in print due to the fact the DVD sets are and the new movies are bound to generate interest in the original. Talk about missing out on an excellent opportunity to make money...
Last I heard, losing...
Capcom's had a love/hate affair with MegaMan since the 90's so the canceling of those games wasn't much of a surprise to me. This is the same company that told me via phone in 1995 that they "were not going to release MegaMan 7 stateside" and that if I wanted to continue playing MegaMan at all...
Bluh. Kinda rude - I can't use iTunes on my computer. I get a stability warning if I even try to install it. Let's hope they offer them on Amazon soon.
Not sure on the GI Joe movie, is the Transformers one really out of print? Ouch... I do have it but it's an ouch if it's not currently available.
Mill Creek I hear both good and bad about - Shout is losing it's DiC license so I guess they're the only hope now =/
It was 80's cheese. I believe Beverly Hills Teens was out at the same time - late 80's wasn't real big on depth in children's cartoon storylines.
Rhino did a real disservice to both Jem and My Little Pony while they had them. The sets were horribly overpriced and incomplete and hoping for them...
Do you mean The New Archies?

And I'm very excited for Jem. I've had it on tape for years, bought the VERY overpriced Rhino dvds and was ticked off they never got to the Stingers. I can't WAIT to rip the songs from them in decent quality at last!
Thanks guys :D I'm pretty excited myself!
I actually have requests today, hope some of you guys can help me out:
C Drives Me Crazy
Don't Know Y
Who Ya Looking At, Tiger?
Two is You and Me
Grouch Girls Don't Wanna Have Fun
I'm probably going to move into individual songs and international...
Most of you know me as the resident Sesame Street album hoarder. Well before I got the right equipment, I sent a lot of my albums to a friend in Baltimore to be ripped. A lot of older, harder to find albums.
Now that I have a USB player, I've asked for them back. I bought them, I actually...
I have some pretty amazing news (And yes, I'm working on requests and getting stuff all set to be sent).
Today I walked in FYE and found a used copy of Platinum Too just waiting for me. So this means that as soon as my Big Bird's Sunny Day Camp Out CD arrives in the mail, I've officially...
Sure! Let me take care of some other requests first :insatiable:
I have some new Barrio Sesamo, Plaza Sesamo and Sesamstraat songs - the quality isn't super but if anyone is looking for them...
