Hey! I thought this was pretty cool! The basket is premade and includes one stuffed Muppet character about 18 inches tall, various other toys, a small Muppet logo duffle bag (looks to be about a foot long), and a few bags of candy. The trademark was still Hensen and I snatched one up with :)...
FUNNY! .... But also not good because if he understood he might be able to contribute something better to solve the problem.
Hang on Buck, I'm going to take a photo of the area she is having problems with and post it later this afternoon.
Even if Biblbetty might have figured out a solution...
Ebay, I check it out once in a while to see if any new talent pops up. ;)
I know, I caught that comment about a teacher and chuckled. I'm wondering what teacher in the world has a puppeteer hiding in the closet waiting to operate this thing.
I believe what she's talking about is the fabric in the corner of the mouth is lifting off of the mouth board...... actually, she said FOAM..... hey are you attaching the material to foam or the mouth board?
Anyway, I had this happen to me once when I cut the pattern without paying attention...
Well, since no one else here is responding, I will try to explain my very crude method to making a fabric pattern to cover a foam character I've created.
Before I do that, I would like to make a suggestion...... just a suggestion..... I have heard of many highly respected builders mention that...
I was going to purchase it when the bidding war was going on, but thought best not to because It would be a little bit before I had the cash. I've been wanting one of your puppets for along time.... this is just a bad time for me because I'm building a bunch of my own pieces for a local gallery...
Im wondering..... does the fabric have a stretch? It should, and if it has a stretch in one direction more than the other, then I would suggest putting the stretch in the best position to help with your problem.
Also, what are you using to attach the fabric to the mouth? Hot glue is okay, but...
Ya! Ditto what puppet builder said! :excited:
Also, here are a couple links that I'm sure have been posted, but these will help..... remember, use the search option in the forum though, you'll find tons of stuff.

I hate to sound ignorant...... but what does "free to air" mean? Am I correct in assuming that you have to PAY to watch childrens programs? :concern:
ALRIGHT ALREADY! Can't we all just get along?
The subject has been talked to death...... it's dead, no pulse, flat line!
*kicks subject*
See, no response..... just leave it there to rot..... okay?
LOL! Yikes Puppet Builder! Things have just settled down to a dull roar! Play nice and help me with this Fraggle Cave Please!
Anyway...... is that what this thread was about? Full Body Costumes? Your idea for Halloween sounds really cool. Did you start on it yet? Would love to see...
Well, this is a public forum. If you didn't want others to comment on something you said specifically about another member, then it should have started out as a private conversation. Posting it in a public forum leaves it open to speculation, and comments from the peanut gallery.
Yes Trent...
Yeah it does help, especially with ideas. I'm totally not the kind of person to just walk up to strangers and start a conversation. With kids, it's much easier for me because I have three of them and know what most will say and do. My youngest was afraid of all my puppets for the first two...
