Hi Kathy, glad your feeling OK. Or at least, okay..ish to make us all believe your okay. Ryan's right, it hasn't been the same with out you. Just the other day I was wondering what had become of you, LOL! Welcome back!
Aww shucks, you didn't talk to him? I was just about to ask. My personal belief, and please don't laugh or flame me for this, is that it may have been Henson manifesting himself through someone else. Sort of like he was sending a message, with out doing the whole "haunted house" thing. Know what...
Uh Ryan, maybe you'd better not. They don't..didn't have computers in 1775, and we would like to see more of this story sometime...
Thank goodness you both live in the same state! Could you immagine how dificult it would be if there woes a time difference?
Lisa! Oh my goodness, I was just skimming this section, and I noticed I didn't review this story at all! I have to say that I think it was one of my favorites. So full of suspence and action, while still keeping that muppet humor and insanity. So great, and I too can't wait for another one!
Welcome back Vibs! I didn't see this thread yesterday because I was trying to catch up with the Moppet Family, of which I have nearly 200 pages! Sheesh, you people are crazy!
Anyway, enough about me. So, how's life goin for ya? How's the puppy, the family, ETC?
I didn't get to know Rosewood that well eighther, except that where ever Sesame Street was mentioned, she would be sure to be there. She was the one who inspired me to take a more educated and critical look at both Elmo And Barney. RIP Rosewood, and my best wishes to her family and loved ones.
Good afternoon roomies!
Lou: You missed the party last night, you know.
I know, I'm sorry. I actually surprised myself last night by going to bed early!
Gobo: I guess you must have needed it then.
Yeah, I guess. So, did you have fun last night?
Lou: You bet! We played all sorts of fun...
Well, I did say in responce to your last outline that I thaught you'd go for someone more "racey." I didn't know you'd take me at my word though.
Anyway, it was vary good, poor Sweetums! Did you mean for the puppet builder to be Mr. Solon?
How could I have forgotten about Oliver and Company! The thing is, I can't really think of many Disney movies in the 80's. I've always seen it as a kind of lull.
Wonderful, I loved each skit! I thaugh you'd go for someone more modern and racey, remembering your Chris Rock outline, but you're good enough to make just about anything work well! Congradulations, and thank you for that refreshing dip back in to MT. Boy, do you work fast, LOL!
Wow, I'm supprised this thread is not many pages long, and at the top of the list by now! Now I'm kind of embarrased about putting mine down...
In the 80's a toss-up between Fox and the Hound and The Little Mermaid.
In the 90's, there were a lot of great ones, at least in the first half...
That was good, but it seems to me that maybe MT wmight have been a better venue for Carlin. Just a suggestion though.
Some questions:
Is there any particular reason the EM was in a different posision for the oppening number?
Is the oppening number the one by Three Dog Night?
Is the...
So guys, what do you think, should we do it?
Gobo: Do what, eh?
Take in Animal as our new roommate?
Wembley: Animal, oh no! He's big, and he's got sharp teeth, and..and...
Me: *laughing evilly* Relax, Wembley, I was just kidding!
Lou: You're horrible, you know that? Poor Wembles! *she...
Sorry to ask, but could someone please write a discription? Is it too big to use on here or something? I onlyy ask, because with everyone so excited, I figure it must be something good, LOL!
You know, I just love historical fiction! Add fantasy to it and its better! Add muppets to it, and it's just...just...amazing!! Sooo funny, and including Lips, too! And I never thaught Uncle Deadly would come with them! I love it, and I can't wait to read more!
One question about Lips though...
Oh my goodness! I'm sorry I havn't been reviewing as steadily as I've been reading! I loved it! To tell the truth, even though I voted for the classics, I would have been satisfied with either them or the fraggles. I'm glad one of my teams won though! The ending bit with Crazy Harry and the...
