I think that The Jim Henson Company wants to have the world get useed to the US version so everyone haa seen the first version and feels it has universal appeal. Also so the movie can focus on one doc.

Its like what Jim Henson said "cartoon characters dont look right in 3d". Ok so its approxamitly what he said. The same thing is true for the Muppets. They dont work as a cartoon. Its an ambitious effert though.

The season boxed sets of Fraggle Rock will follow the production order and will only be 4 seasons boxed sets. I wonder how HBO could have shorter seasons and The Jim Henson Company didnt stop them.
