First off...A million Internets to you for having an actual thread about actual stuff posted on the day of nonsense. :fanatic:
But yeah... there's something that troubles me about squishing season 42 and 43 together production wise, since so much was said to have been in this last season that...
Some Legal Guy. Some jerk legal guy. I can sort of respect estates if they're owned by the relatives... but otherwise you get humorless jerks that don't think they're worth tarnishing their image by showing them having fun and doing something they wanted to do. But taking all their songs and...
Elmo's a great character if he's treated as one. When he just stands there and talks to the audience with no conflict, he's basically just a host. But there's a LOT of times when they do his character justice... Elmo Saves Christmas, Elmo in Grouchland... virtually any episode where Zoe has...
..>Actually... Wait... this is the cleanest one I could think of.
The Barely Essential bears FAIL at Romantic Get-a-ways There's like, a few cuss words in there in a subtitle... other than that it's a pretty clean subcontext.
I don't allow embedding, so you're going to have to go directly there.
I have it worse... I had This with a broken voice box. It not only terrified me as a kid, but I was afraid of talking toys for the LONGEST time since. And I used to love them.
Ironically, considering Herald's example, Teddy Ruxpin was quite the opposite for me. I LOVED that thing. I guess...
Simply put, he takes the blame for the show's complete shift in demographics, even though it's a result for the huge spiral downward pre-schooler programming took the 90's.
Personally, we should stop being so nasty to little Elmo, and focus all our hate back onto
Because that show shook the...
You wanna know about ABC, huh?
Here's the absolute garbage they replaced their line up with.
I could turn this into a 3 page rant about it... it's disgustingly cheap and cowardly... I'm not going to get into it.
Here's the thing about that. It's not really owned by Disney, rather the Estate of John Denver... and someone once posted a long rant (that mentions specifics) about how the guy who runs the estate is a grade A Jerk. Something about how he refuses to release a lot of archival material...
I have a feeling Oz is partially to blame in the huge missteps of the initial year of Disney's ownership. It got lukewarm reviews, the DVD's just didn't sell (compared to the actual Muppet Show DVD's)... the ratings were terrible given the fact they were opposite the prime time Emmy Awards and...
MOD is fine for all the Disney Afternoon cartoons, and I want them to do that.. UNEDITED, of course. I want to see the episode of Bonkers with Fireball Frank. But I really think The Muppets deserve a general retail release. We need special features, not some "oh well it's something,"...
I stopped watching after the theme song...
You have to admit, that was the CREEPIEST international Sesame Street opening of all time...
If this image doesn't haunt you for the rest of your days, well, you've got a cast iron psyche! Not to mention how the rest of it turns into a Terry...
Disney killed the line years ago. They honestly don't know how to market full season releases, that's why they dumped their sitcoms at Lionsgate.
I'm seeing them bring the Muppet Show DVD sets back out to co-incide with the movie's release, and they're having trouble keeping them in stock...
Not everything has to be made overseas. Sure, tiny inconsequential things like toys... things that if you sold with the mark up that large, it couldn't sell. But the bigger ticket items like televisions and washing machines and furniture... they need to come back here. Printing needs to come...
Internet cartooning... actually.. ANY thing you put on the internet is open to luck of the draw. The best thing you can do is wait for a small audience and hope someone finds your stuff on a search engine and then sets up links to your stuff, and hope it catches on.
Even friends don't look at...
I swear, there's going to come a time when studios get sick of this bad press and start making movies to placate corporate news hacks. Like a Bizzarro-world PC, making sure that those who offend don't get offended.
There IS a problem with music, but that's been going on a deep and steady...
Indeed.
All I'm saying is that we have to STOP acting like some stupid show no one's actually watching is actually harming the country when there's just so much harm being done everywhere else.
Bi-partisanly, when we can't even make movies where the villain is a corrupt, amoral, greedy rich...
