Has Ken ever actually said the standing/tux naked Robins are a new sculpt? It's just i was aware of them having a Naked Robin before they ever even had a Frog Scout. I think they just stuck the clothes on him.
I agree, maybe its been done to show HIT! or just to build up anticipation because it IS being made. Travis really worded the article carefully i think - he didnt say it wasnt being made. We'll see. I put some questions in to Ken earlier today, didn't ask him straight out though.

Luke :- Thanks Count, Sorry me and Gonzo are late. Gonzo was doing a stunt on his motorbike jumping over 50 chickens and crashed. He had to have his leg put in plaster at the hospital
Gonzo :- Yeah it was a near fatal a-traction!!
Luke :- Can someone...
Exactly, they might get another license sold out of it. Y'know maybe Palisades can do it, and they're just seeing our reactions and not telling us yet.
Yeah HIT! controls everything Fraggle (and also all leftover Henson family shows). That includes the merchandise, TV distribution, Home Entertainment Distribution etc etc. Obviously Henson still owns it but HIT! basically have the rights to make money from it on their behalf. All the existing...
Yeah if she could handle us lot then a kid is gonna be no problem! lol! Congratulations both of you on the birth of baby Preston - may he have hours of fun playing amongst Phillips priceless collection of vintage Muppet merchandise ... or maybe not! :D
:zany: :zany:
It's a pointless question. Palisades now have a Disney license, it's nothing to do with Henson. The license they have is now very defined, before with Henson they might have been able to do a Digit or something from VMX at a push but now they can't even do that. We are really lucky right now...
That's right Count, but things aren't quite that definite. It's not just a matter of time for something to come out, only really if it's tooled as well as sculpted. Vets Hospital, Sal, Uncle Deadly, Muppet Babies - none of them are tooled or have a place anywhere in the line. Their release...
Yeah it's a shame they couldn't have got it out quick once they heard the rumors. I also don't see why they couldn't just put it out as a generic Fraggle figure rather than as part of the Muppets ..... oh, but i guess now HIT! would have to agree to that since the distribution has passed to...
Hey Mike and Deanmo,
The TP forum is at http://forums.delphiforums.com/toughpigs - why not stop by and tell them what you'd like to see? I'm sure they'd be thrilled to hear from you both and anyone else with requests!
really? I thought you were always gunning for 13" and then Ken said he didn't need to make it smaller. I must have missed that. LOL!
Anyway i love Sweetums. The cost is kinda a little worrying considering him being released at the time of a playset i'll be buying extras off but it look...
Not an official Mega but he is 13" tall i think. He will be in scale with the rest of the line if you consider the size of figs like Sam Eagle, Phil Van Neuter, Fozzie Bear. He's gotta be that large really.
I don't think so. The Muppet line hasn't just been an underground thing. The trouble is it has gone through varying degrees of popularity over different periods. At the start it was this mass distributed line in all these big toy shops but the general action figure collectors hadn't caught...
I think there is a distinction here. There seems to be two different "Muppets" - the technical term in puppetry and the term as it relates to various brands. I've always thought of any puppet Henson makes outside of the Creature Shop stuff as a "Muppet", (so Rygel isn't, Moppatop is) but now...
