That is one reason Telly was/is one of my favorites. I was the type who was shy and would trade my snack away just to have someone be 'friends' with me (until my ma found out and stopped me). So I felt for Telly:sympathy:...
Well, as far as being dark goes I think the whole wanting to eat them thingie is dark enough, and it is hardly ever changed in any version I have ever seen. Maybe that is why Disney has never made a film version of it. You can make it darker (the being made into cookies plot was probably an...
To me, Telly's best 'friend' will always be Oscar. I have never gotten into the whole Baby Bear, Elmo, or My Fair Triangle storlines as much as the days of Telly wearing a trash can lid on his head :D
Oh gosh, I can only imagine what would happen if I started to write doozer fanfic to O.o
The weird thing is I don't even really like the doozers but it seems like whenever I write about characters I dislike it is some some of my best writing...
Now Cotterpin/ Large Marvin I might do some day...
I love Telly, he is like the Boober of SST only he seems to not get picked on as much as I remember him being in the 80's. It seemed like everyone was always putting him down...
And I live in northern Cali and have always gotten PBS..it really is the heartland of it IMHO :excited:. So Sac...
O.O Did they have a tv show? Yes :excited:!
And it is on DVD.
Also, the movie, which is even better IMHO. If you want to see the MLPs in their full glory that and the specials are some of the best stories.
But if you are going to watch the first special (Known as just My Little Pony, or...
Maybe it's because I come from the generation after you but I still don't see the Muppet Babies as having been a bad thing for the Muppets. I never saw MTM until I couple years ago, but my parents had the classic movie and I grew up with GMC . It might just depend on where you live to, but I...
It was a little too random for me, Horton's character was changed a bit too much :(. Some parts were funny but I like it more when jokes came from the world around him more than Horton himself :). It would have been much better I think if they hadn't made the mayor's son into such a stereotype...
Was this version of Hansel and Gretel the one where the children were actually all turned into gingerbread and they were lining the road to the witches house? If so it gave me nightmares something awful when I was little O.o
I always thought he was like Oscar's taxi service :3...
But it would have been funny if all that time Bruno was only carrying Oscar around because of his job and could never find a garbage truck to dump his 'home' into:shifty:
Maybe because he likes to say "Very good my little fraggles":excited:? But I see that as more he is older than all of them so it is like the fraggle way of saying 'my little ones' or 'my children'.
His speech does have that noble wise man feeling to it :flirt:
I think if the movie is good or not will be mostly in how the fraggles are written. If they are written very well they can save even a bad use of a villain IMHO:excited:. They've made odd plotlines work before just by being themselves after all :).
Well, it is part of being a water mouse like prey animal (even if they aren't eaten) so if anything it is a cliche of nature:coy:. But I'm sure that even a normal haman cage, not even a rich person's one, would be stronger than anything a gorg uses. Besides that, even strong plastic would be new...
Still, sometimes the more boring ideas would be just what certain real people would do with the fraggles if they were real:sympathy:. Greedy people aren't very creative:coy:...
It could be for many reasons...Maybe one was for big meetings and one was for small meetings? ;) Or the small fraggle horn could be from the years they traveled the rock and never settled in one place and so they could not carry anything bigger and when they did they made the bigger one...
Or...
I know that :). That was pretty much what I was saying, it doesn't have to be a person but it could be...
Anyway, when I say villain I mean all types, not just those that are EVIL (tm). As far as evil vs. just doing what they think is right goes many villains are only doing what they think is...
