Well, it's possible. Elmo and Kermit go way back, ever since the day Elmo stole Kermit's microphone. Lol.
Yeah! And I wasted a blank tape. Oh, well. I guess I could tape over that.
Yeah. I saw the one about 'hope' on 'You Tube.' That was a good one. I think another one that deserves mention would be CMs 'soft-boiled' cookie song. Though there might have been some trickery in that one when CM eats Ernie's pan. I think that was how it ended. It's been a while since...
At what point was CM called 'Sidney' anyway? I remember reading at imdb.com that it was established in a season 33 ep. Can someone give me more details on that?

Actually, my interest in Muppets was pretty recent. I was afraid to watch the show as a kid mainly because of :halo: . But I watched their movies and TV specials. By the time "Muppet's Tonight" came on, I watched that one regularly. But I think what really got me into 'The Muppet Show' was...
I can answer your second question. I think you're referring to 'Elmopalooza.' That was the 30th Anniversary Special. My sister does have a soundtrack of songs on that special, but 'Mahna Mahna' isn't on it. I don't think that song was in the special either, but I could be wrong since it's...
Yeah. It didn't seem like Janice was that popular in the first season so you sort of wonder why she was recast rather than written out of the show. But I guess the main reason was that she was needed for the band and for Vet's Hospital. So for the most part, I'm like totally glad Richard Hunt...
That one's on there. Wow, I read the transcript at toughpigs.com. It would be good to be able to see it and hear the voices, especially considering the hippie's voiced by the late Northern Calloway.
Hmmm. That's interesting, because I saw Grover's mom in pictures and she didn't look green. I guess the artists who drew those haven't seen that skit. I just watched the one where Ernie was talking to Cookie Monster about hope. That one must be pretty old since he said 'I' instead of 'me.'...
It is a bit surprising to learn that Caroll Spinney's happy that they started making fewer episodes per season. Most of us complain about that. Lol.
Another thing I wonder about though, is why there was no mention of Matt Vogel. He said he wouldn't want to turn the feathers to somebody...
Yeah. I watched the "Subway" skit just now. I'm trying to think whether or not I saw it when I was little. I don't recall seeing Betty Lou on the show too often. Her voice sounded different than I'd expected. I also don't recall seeing Bert and Kermit together, so I wonder about that. The...
Real good story so far. I like the introduction of all the characters and the explanation of Oscar changing colors. Only one thing I'm kind of confused about. At what point did Oscar decide to be grouchy? He was being nice at the beginning of the story, so what happened in between. I must...
That was really good. Especially the part with Oscar. It's nice to know even though he's a grouch, he cared for Mr. Hooper. I also like that you brought up the scene on "Christmas Eve on Sesame Street" with Mr. Hooper's interaction with :( and :p . That was one of his best moments.
I do remember reading that the actor Bob McGrath was married and had five sons. However, on "Sesame Street," Bob has never been married. He did have something going on with Linda though. And yes, Miles is Gordon's son. I hope this info helps.
Harvey Kneeslapper! I didn't get a chance to look through those much. I knew I was missing something. I did look at the original Grover in the "First and Last" sketch. I'd describe his old voice to be more like Sam the Eagle. Plus I looked through other good clips with modern Grover that...
Hmmm. I didn't see the one with the proto-Grover. I'll have to look for that. Actually, I should read this thread more often. When I go to the "You Tube" site and type in "Sesame Street" there are so many of them that it's hard to single out what I'd really like to see. When I notice the...
Yeah. I checked the DVD website and noticed that they are releasing The Real Ghostbusters, but just random eps not season by season sets. I think the reason for that is because season two was about a hundred something episodes, so it would take a long time to set up a disk set of that whole...
