And in that looooooong time, I see several crappy raucous family comedies that no one will see. Maybe buy some licenses for old cartoons no one under the age of 40 cares about and make the movie for 8 year olds. Take a kid's book and throw the thing out and make a movie that has nothing to do...
I just hope the recent addition to the weeknight schedule isn't just to burn off withheld episodes. There is no way Teen Titans Go needs the full half hour. I mean, they have Gumball and Clarence share the same half hour. Sucks they can't fit Steven Universe or Uncle Grandpa into their...
I know I could just edit this in instead of double posting, but...
If anyone was worried about The Giver making money, well...
Also of note, Let's Be Cops doesn't buck the trend for comedy movies under-performing... though, frankly, it's doing better than it should. Expendables 3 flopped with...
I think Frozen broke kid's movies. Just seems like somehow someone said "they nailed it!" and families just don't want to see anything else since. Maybe except for Lego.
This is off topic. The Muppet films never cared about continuity until the last two, and they were only added as fan nuggets. The movie wouldn't be a success or failure one way or another as far as canon is concerned.
And when was the last time they permanently married off legacy characters...
Shocked it wasn't Lego. Really shocked. Lego Movie blind bag figures disappeared within a couple weeks of the movie's release. I was lucky to get the "Where are my Paaaaaaaaaaaants?" guy when I did.
The whole box office take is desperately low this year, and it's foolish of these studios to...
Oh no! We only made 1 million.
The same studio that gave us Mars needs Moms, The Lone Ranger, and John Carter. A 1 million profit off of a relatively low budget movie isn't the worst thing in the world. I'm sure instead of another Muppet movie, they'll make some lame raucous family movie...
He's a man of many talents, but he hasn't been stretching his comedy muscles of late.
Still, you have to wonder how much Dolphin's Tale we need. I've heard of flop/barely successful on a low budget movies getting sequels, but is there really a call for more "look! We saved an animal" movies...
That's what I thought.
Otherwise, it would be 30...errr... well, 20 minutes of the same 1 minute skit over and over. I don't see a potty training series ever taking off, let alone a "now you can use a toilet" post series. I don't even see why it's worthy of a recurring interstitial instead of...
I wouldn't be surprised, even though there's no extra money or much effort involved in adding those features for international release.
Disney may have done a good job here marketing the film, but they completely screwed the crap up internationally. The international gross pretty much saved...
(throws up in mouth a little bit)
Seriously. You got to wonder why Morgan Freeman acts like The Electric Company is an old shame when he gets roped into crap like this.
We're talking about movies, but...
Unless it's called Wild Grinders, you haven't.
Yeah, I saw that thing about the kid who has horrible bladder problems. And sure, I hope she gets uromisitisis from holding it in. it's a baffling show by all means. And is it a full show or a dumb PSA thing...
Why indeed? There's honestly nothing I can say more about it, other than giving the synopsis based on some cheap flier of other movies coming out. Essentially it's about the same dolphin (don't see why) and another one. Mission pack all the way.
Oh, and the Oujia movie is coming out soon...
General review with little spoilers:
I second that. There were things I generally liked about the film. Mainly the Turtles and Splinter. I'm actually the only one that likes the movie designs (though giving Donnie glasses was over the top), but I'll tell you this... it was a wise decision...
I'm chiming in here to say that I'm so devastated I have nothing to say. He was one of my favorites, and hearing about the ever growing tragic details just makes me feel worse.
I saw the trailer to the third Night at the Museum movie, and almost broke out in tears when he popped up on screen...
Haven't even finished a thing to upload in a while. So I don't know exactly what anyone's talking about.
Seriously, I got stuck on something, and have a foot out the door bothering anyway.
But I DO hate when they screw up the recommended videos by adding lots of unrelated things to something...
Ah, MLP:FIM without the rabid fanbase and venomous haters.
And I totally don't buy the whole "Frankie's actually an Imaginary Friend" theory. Especially since my counter theory, that Madam Foster is Frankie's imaginary friend, replacing her long dead grandmother with a childish old woman...
Yeah, I've accepted just about everything else in this series, but I still hate how cheap they are to get more than the main cast of voice actors plus one more. They've been getting better recently with Tom Kenny coming back to voice Mumbo, and Roger Bumpass as Dr. Light on two occasions. Also...
