    Should The Count be recast?

Jerry Nelson will always be the best Count. By the way, remember when Jerry Nelson performed Dracula on "The Muppet Show?" (Family Guy-style flashback to the Vincent Price episode of TMS)

    2 MB's Episodes on youtube

"Water Babies" is up, and that's the reason I made my new signature, a funny line Baby Gonzo says after he mistakens Kermit for a train about to collide into him.

    What's your favorite letter segment?

My favorite is the "Question Song" with Bert and that little Anything Muppet girl. I used to hear that song all the time on a Sesame Street audio tape, and I used to think it was Prairie Dawn singing since Fran Brill performed the little girl.

    Sesame Street Live

Sesame Street Live's been going since the 80s! The standard cast since then usually included Big Bird, Ernie and Bert, Cookie Monster, the Count, Oscar, and Grover, and in later years, Elmo and Telly and Zoe. In these shows, you would also sometimes see Herry Monster, Baby Bear, Prairie Dawn...

Am I the only one who didn't like the Calypso Theme Song?

You can see it here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYV8EZRhCJU But I think it's funny how Sally bashes that theme, and you know what? She's right! I don't particularly enjoy that version of the opening theme. It seems like the producers just wanted to "get with the times." During...

    Animated Twiddle Bugs!

I sure do hope that they got Muppeteers doing more of the Twiddlebug voices. Did any voice them in that Season 37 skit?

The Sesame Horror Special: Part 2

THE SESAME STREET HORROR SPECIAL PART TWO HERRY WEREWOLF It’s morning. We see Herry all covered up in his blankets in his bed. He removes the covers from his bed, and we see that Herry Monster appears to be back to normal! Herry: Hey… I’m ME again! But how? I think I should ask my mom...

The Sesame Street Horror Special: Herry Werewolf! Part 1

From an idea a friend of mine had about a character from "Sesame Street" being a werewolf, and in honor of the first "Mysterious Theater" skit to be uploaded on Youtube, I decided to write this little story here! This is part one of the story. It is set to take place during the 1990-1991...

What sketches scared you as a kid?

Well, speaking of "Mysterious Theater" and that opening, I am writing a very interesting fan fiction about Herry Monster being a werewolf, and it is hosted by Vincent Twice and features that opening. I am posting it on this forum right now!

Other songs that I've heard recordings of but never seen...

I've never seen the "Just Because" skit for the letter Y, but I heard the audio. Who IS that little girl that's with Grover? I doubt that it's Prairie Dawn, and I doubt it's that Lavender Anything Muppet girl from "The Question Song," but the girl here is voiced by Fran Brill. I'm sure she's an...

    Eric Jacobson vs. Frank Oz?

Cosmo on "The Fairly Oddparents" was dumbed down in later episodes. I certainly hope Fozzie Bear's not being dumbed down!

Should the Around the corner set return for SS 40th birthday....

I think the whole "Around the Corner" was a pretty odd idea. The show is better when it didn't have that stuff like the Furry Arms Hotel, etc. But some of the former ATC characters have reappeared in recent seasons, like Benny the Rabbit.

The "Next Muppet on Family Guy" thread

They made a second appearance! Fozzie sounded like an African-American!

Oops, sorry if I ruined it, Convincing John! :)

The "Next Muppet on Family Guy" thread

THEY JUST DID ANOTHER MUPPET REFERENCE ON "FAMILY GUY!" Kermit and the Swedish Chef both appeared. They had the wrong voices as a joke. Kermit sounded like a black guy and the Swedish Chef had a lisp! The background was the same kind seen on "The Muppet Show!"

    Eric Jacobson vs. Frank Oz?

Yeah, Steve should probably try Guy Smiley. But they CAN recast Prince Cha-Cha-Charming to Eric Jacobson. He'd probably make him sound like the original Prince Charming!

Monsterpiece Theater: Gone With the Wind

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZMJbQlRicw Here is the original 1980s version, complete with the Union Jack opening and Alistair Cookie's pipe! Unfortunately, the ending is cut off. However, I realized something. In the 1990s version, though they changed the opening title and theme music and...

Songs that should have been covered on Sesame Street

I think a song that "Sesame Street" should've covered was "Chicken Soup With Rice," with lyrics by Maurice Sendak and singing by Carole King! This was from the "Really Rosie" TV special. I can picture a female Anything Muppet lip-synching to Carole King's vocals as other Muppets perform the...

    Sesame Street Season 38 Preview

NO WAY! Only one "Elmo's World" skit is good enough. They take up 20 minutes of the show! We wouldn't have room for anything else!
