{FYI: Further back in the caves, had you chosen the darkest cave of all, there was a ladder which led straight up into the lower levels of The Emerald City Palace; and had you chosen the RIGHT DOOR earlier, you would have gone deeper into the caves of the Nome King's Dominions, faced him, and...
Having chosen and entered the left door, the Muppets found a carved stairway leading up and up and up...as a matter of fact, as they climbed the stairs they had to stop ever so often to rest, until finally they saw light from above! Seeing the light gave them renewed energy and they began to...
25 pages to go!
Suddenly, the boat began to nearly fly down the top of the waters that the Muppets couldn't see more than a blur on the cave walls around them, until suddenly the sounds of water rushing stopped, and the boat skidded over the top of a still pool, and then slid up a dirt...
I agree with Ryan, but disagree with so-called purists. He was there on TMS and while Jim was around. He's an official Muppet. He's the 6th member of the EM Band. I miss his being around, too.
I agree with Ryan.
But, I love this show. It was great, and when you get to the heart of Johnny and Sal in the episode where Johnny and his Ma are fighting, and the trouble poor Sal goes through to bring them back together...THAT! Is what classic Muppets are all about! Heart! It was also...
Hey...I hear water rushing somewhere. Maybe it's another nice waterfall like the one we saw before?
Not really. The Muppets found the boat was picking up speed, and then noticed rapids along the sides of the boat.
Woooaahhhahahaha!! :o
The bottom of the boat was being bumped by...
I think Lips was last season on TMS, and was there I suppose to give Steve a place in the band. I think Lips is cool, and I love Clifford. I agree, those folks who call themselves "purists" would have liked Clifford and Lips if they started out on the first season of TMS.
I call myself a...
Okay! Onward to the water and to find our way to the Emerald City Palace!!
The Muppets began walking down the cave toward the running water and soon they found an underground river. There was little space beside it to walk, but what appeared to be a little boat carved from a tree floated...
It's the GALE family who goes to Oz. (Actually, in Emerald City of Oz Dorothy, Em, and Henry all go to live in Oz, and in a later book Toto DOES talk).
Good Witch of the North doesn't hyphenate her name: it's Tattypoo.
Hey, Ryan! Actually, Bill did agree to a cameo in GB3; but, it was SONY Pictures who punked out on the deal. It upset Dan so bad that he moved his offices off the Sony Lot and to some other location. Right now, though, I think Bill is the reason NECA can't get the likeness rights to produce...
Kermit was more a special guest star on SS than being a part of SS. He hardly appeared ON the street at all. I doubt Sesame Workshop will be hiring Kermit any time soon, unfortunately. I miss the Sesame Street Newsflashes.
Danny is VERY fan friendly! He's very approachable and polite, too. I really like him, and his 'vibe' is such that you feel happy around him. Definitely someone I would love to hang out with and chill!
I LOVE Groundhog Day and What About Bob. Those are great films!!
Alas! Nobody said there was a trap door!!
However, upon inspection, there beneath the carpet was a trap door...and it couldn't have been found at a better time for, as they cleared the door, Fozzie peeked outside through a sliver in the wall and saw...
HEY! THERE'S A DRAGON OUT YONDER...

More like 21 years this fall!! :)
Thanks everybody for the well wishes and congrats! It was fun.
June 8th I'm going to see The Blues Brothers in concert and I HOPE to meet Dan Aykroyd there again (met him in Memphis last time they came to perform in the area).
SSsshhhhh, Beau! There's something outsiiii...
The rustling outside the little Munchkin house stops right at the front door, and the Muppets hear the sniffing around the base of the door. Quickly, they move the table to the door and put it against it to barracade themselves inside, but...
It was AWESOME! He is so funny.
Pure talent, too! He walked the entire course, concentrated on playing golf, and still had energy to be funny! I think really all he has to do is make a look and he's funny!!
The Muppets gathered themselves up and took a deep breath and walked slowly toward the second little house. The markings along the side of it were those of claws and scrapes, and little Munchkin shoes and hats were along the walls of the inside, where they also found a paper stuck to the table...
