I saw the clip of the TMS on the news on ABC this evening when Fozzie asks her if she can tap dance. She did have a fantastic show with the Muppets. They said that, though she never smoked, she had contracted lung cancer.

I don't know if you mean "including Kermit's" or "other than Kermit's" version of the song. I just don't think anybody did it better than in The Muppet Movie, and the words in the reprise at the end were just as significant as the whole original song.
