Obviously i'm only 18, so nothing like that for me. But I find it interesting how people can become parents at such a large variety of ages - anywhere between your teens and your late 40s. So it's strange to me how two 15 year olds can be best friends, while their parents can be in two...
It's funny 'cause that's the exact opposite of what a lot of people are saying! Plenty of people couldn't stand the short and didn't understand why it was so long. From what I heard, it's a twenty minute holiday special that was meant to air on ABC, but never did, for some reason.
One thing i've learned is, you can be angry at someone for as long as you want, but that only takes away from your own joy. Most of the time the person you're angry at has already moved on.
At this point i've just gotten tired of Christmas music in general. It's almost always about the same thing, and most of them sound pretty much the same.
It was certainly a lot to get used to at first, but I adjusted fairly quickly. I actually think you missed out on a lot in terms of street stories and old fashioned Muppet sketches. I really think Joey helped energize the show in a way it hadn't been since the mid 90s.
I honestly wasn't sure...
Yeah, I like Helga being in love with Arnold. It's kind of the premise of the show. But the prospect of Arnold ever liking her never sat right with me. I mean, sure there were a few instances of her being nice to him, but that's it, just a few! And I guess Helga became a little less mean over...
Yeah, not really that enjoyable for me even though I have watched the whole show. It didn't really feel like it had very many jokes in it, it just felt like one reference to the show after another. All the other parodies, the Sons of Anarchy, Glee, and House of Cards ones for example, were fun...
I know no one cares about this thread anymore, but for some reason this is a topic my brain keeps coming back to. So i'm going to write this timeline for my own sake:
Season 1 The beginning of the Expiriment: The human characters, Gordon, Bob, Susan, and Mr. Hooper, are the main characters...
Anyone else notice that this season they seem to be experimenting a bit more with the music? The song in the preview for this episode, along with the Thanksgiving Song, and the theme song to the Foodie Truck segments all sound less generic than the songs in the past couple seasons.
True but, if any more Muppet performers (i'm talking Muppet Show characters, here) leave or get fired, they're definitely going to need to promote one of their secondary performers like Tyler Bunch or whoever else works with them often.
I totally forgot about that. It's like what someone on the ToughPigs forum said, Peter Linz has basically become the Muppets' military brat.
I mean, he just took over Ernie and Herry, and if Matt Vogel were no longer able, probably Big Bird. Plus, now he's like half the characters ever since...
That was fun as usual, Leslie Odam did a great job, although the song was a tad generic. It was nice to see the likes of Herry and Rudy on the float. Like I said on a different thread, I wish there was at least one more human character as the float has felt pretty empty recently. Chris never...
We've discussed this on other threads, but I thought it deserved it's own. Today is November 24th, that means the long awaited, much anticipated movie event is on tonight on Nickelodeon! Hopefully it's a satisfying conclusion to a much beloved show, or even an opening for all new stories in the...
