This is something diffrent, it is not part of "Oz". It was filmed last summer around the time of the "Oz" production as a kind of demo of an idea for a TV-special, if Disney likes it they would pick-it up and make a full special out of it.

From what I could gather; Brian Henson's introductions will not be placed before each episode on the season box sets that Disney is producing.

The special introductions were recorded in 1999 and have been seen on Odyssey, the Time-Life DVD/video releases. They are a minute each. Some talk about the specific episode they proceed and others like this one, are "generic" non-episode specific bits of information that are recycled for other...

They own the distribution rights to Fraggle Rock (and other shows in the Henson Family Showcase). The Jim Henson Company still owns the productions, but HIT has the right to release DVD, VHS, toys, ect.
