It's great that it's nominated! It would be excellent if it does win, but even if it doesn't a Oscar nomination seems to help DVD sales a bit. And better DVD sales means more hope of Disney doing other Muppet stuff.
It arrived in the post this morning! I think it's the best cover photo we've had so far for this movie in the UK.
I'm going to pick-up another copy next time I'm in town to keep in good condition.
I would happily re-buy season 1 to have the complete episodes, however, myself, I'm hoping for a complete boxset of all 5 seasons, with some kind of extra bonuses.

I'm about to buy 'Dog City - The Movie', but I'm wondering if there is anything different between the UK and US DVD releases.
On MuppetWiki it says about the UK DVD "Rowlf's introductions have remained intact". Does this mean that they aren't on the US DVD?

I agree that havinvg some more Hensony things would have been great. A copy of the 'NBC Pipes' in a closet somewhere in the building would have been fun.
The Blu-Ray release is widescreen, right? I think it is.
Am I right in saying that the Blu-Ray release has less special features than the DVD release? By the looks of it, the Blu-Ray doesn't include:
Video Commentary (with Tim Hill, Kermit the Frog, Gonzo, and Rizzo the Rat)
Blooper Reel (Or...

Drtooth is right. Henson needs to focus on one or two projects at a time, and find a smaller partner to help them.
I got a Blu-Ray player just before Christmas and I'm enjoying slowly building a Blu-Ray collection (I only have 2 so far, but another 2 are on their way).
I've never seen 'Little Shop of Horrors', so this will be a good time for me to get it when it's out.
I wonder if it will include both...
