Feature films are still getting DVDs, so I don't think the pandemic should have effected Shout Factory putting out DVDs.

Monster Hits Rock and Rhyme is still available on Shout Factory's website, but not the Wish Pickle special. I hope it gets released on DVD soon.

Watching it again, I realized they fixed the lip-sync when Big Bird says "But you're still a beast."

The extended ending with Big Bird saying "Finally one for the birds" was a nice surprise. I liked David Rudman's squirrel in the signoff.
