At least we're on the same wave length. That's what I've been doing, along with walking a mile everyday at lunchtime. It only takes 15 min. I walk with a co-worker (who doesn't really need the exercise, but is there to support me and keep me company.) I need to get down two more pant sizes...

That is a concern for Adrienne. She is too. Unfortunately, I think that is part of her problem. Her friends are her priority and I'm having a problem getting her to see how important her education is. She has already had to repeat 8th grade, I don't want her to have to do it again, and right now...
