One thing I've come to realize about bulldogs is that many people have this perception as them as being tough little buggers with attitude, but honestly, bulldogs are pretty much just big ol' softies; I've never met a bulldog who wasn't extremely friendly, playful, and affectionate.

They're essentially the same character, one's just a starfish, the other is a human. Also, they have the same voice actor, and therefore, have the exact same voice.
