What impressed me the most was just the dialogue throughout the show leading up to the actual Muppet segment. They actually discussed the differences between Sesame Street and Muppet Show Muppets. And the comments about Gordon and Susan having a child and Maria being married were nice touches...

For the Sesame Street fans out there, be sure to watch NBC's the West Wing tonight, March 3, as the...

The DVD has a nice line-up. Some of the guest spots are different than what was included on the audio Songs From The Street set. Sesame Workshop wanted to include Diana Krall on the audio collection, but apparently the royalty rates she wanted were too high. So it's great to see her included on...
Just a reminder that the Sesame Street Muppets will be appearing on NBC's West Wing tonight at 9 pm eastern/8 pm central. Stockard Channing who plays Abbey on the show worked on Sesame Street in the early 70's. She was the lady featured in the "painter" films.
Be sure to watch this very...
Just got word from Sababa that they have three new Doozer plush dolls and they should be showing up at Media Play and Hot Topic stores in the near future. Apparently the designs are similar to the three Doozer PVC's they released last year. I haven't seen these yet so if anyone has pictures or...
Robin was scheduled to be on the show, but things didn't work out. He was on the cover of the very first Muppet Magazine that was published in December 1982.
Sure that's fine. Just post your listing in the "buy / sell / trade" forum. It's there for the use of our members. Nice to see some Disney folks getting involved here.

This is a fun question. Nice thinking out of the box. Unfortunately though, I've never seen any Sesame/Muppet release on 1/4" tape. Don't think it ever happened. I've been collecting Henson music since the 70's and have never seen one.
On a similar note, lots of Sesame records were added to...
Last month, we rolled out all the music from Muppets Tonight and the Jim Henson Hour on Muppet Central Radio, this month we are primarily focusing on adding some of the rarer Sesame Street records from the 1970's. Actually, I've been working on mastering all of the Sesame Street releases over...

Yeah, if Henson couldn't sell Fraggles with the Muppets together as a package (with Columbia), it will be interesting to see if any Fraggle stuff ever sees the light of day again. If Sababa didn't have the Muppets, would they have made just Fraggle plush? Probably not.
Now, a wild card in all...
