Actually, there is no "one" commercially available unedited version. The DVD has a couple extra scenes not available anywhere else. Whereas the earlier video releases have scenes not on the DVD. Here is some more info on the cuts that you may find helpful...
Are you using the WYSIWYG editor or the standard editor?
If you do have the WYSIWYG enabled, try changing it to the standard editor. You can do this by going to: User cp -> Edit options -> Miscellaneous Options -> Standard editor.
I updated it to "The Fraggle Season that Wasn't" since there is some debate whether the show ran for four or five seasons.
What I believe happened is that HBO originally planned for another year of the show as was stated here. When it was clear that wasn't going to happen, HBO split the season...

Actually, Joe Raposo's version plays first then Patti LaBelle's version right after. This is how the song was released on the 1992 album "Sing the Songs of Joe Raposo".

Apparently Henson nixed the possibility of a purple Yorick coming with Uncle Deadley. He will have a skull similar to what was in the Christopher Reeve episode.
There has been some talk of a 50th anniversary Kermit figure for next year like from Sam and Friends, but I haven't heard anything...
