My complaint with the Letter B source mind you again also goes back to past issues I’ve had with Shout somehow using YouTube sources with certain bonus features (and one episode for a re-release) on their Mst3k volume box sets. I find it a little strange that the workshop would just hand over...
My opinion is if I were to see a Sesame Street clip from a PBS recording or a Sesame Street official channel upload with the logo on a DVD release where it just feels like clips were directly dumped from YouTube uploads, that would make me raise a few eyebrows and be hesitant on future DVDs. But...
I mean, if I’m being honest, it’s a little bit of a downfall for me as a big lover of the original Beatles song and its full parody with Jerry’s intro and I’d rather watch it on.... well, the Count It Higher video if I want to see it with the fake music video captions and it just feels a little...
It seems to me the coloring was meant to restore classic material on the DVD releases (muchso like the 40th DVD which I actually liked how the segments looked on that one); some instances they just don’t come out all that great.
Where credit is due with Awesome Alphabet I was actually very...
Then why the heck would they just hand over a sample of Letter B from Count It Higher? I would at least imagine they’d still have the original master for the segment on its own.
I would also like to mention this isn’t the first time Shout Factory has gone the “easy” way with taking source material from another easy-to-access source:
Going back to MST, there was a documentary of the show that aired on the Sci-fi channel in 1997. They just ripped an upload from YouTube...
My issue isn’t what segments are included on the DVDs, my issue is when a segment is just taken from another home video compilation when instead they could have just taken it from the raw master tape of the individual segments. The DVD can have as much previously-released material and/or...
This is why I lean more to just voice acting when it comes to acting as a character while manipulating your voice - I do not have the patience to focus on puppet manipulation while acting.
Okay, folks..... this week shall be dedicated to Big Jeffy of the Monotones and Little Chrissy of the Alphabeats! To start off, here’s a higher quality post of the London Bridges episode (complete with the first scene):
I had to fix the audio on the final scene with the existing TV recorded...
He’s currently 27, going on 28 in July. He’s gone through a lot of phases in his life (an obsession with Batman, painting, hunting, trade swapping etc).
Sorry to bump up this thread, but I felt the need to address this because I have often wondered about this myself, hearing rumors in the YouTube comments about an alternate ending of the screen splitting into two and the video being remade completely, the latter of which I once thought was true...
My main issue is her sexiness aside I just don’t think it works well with her being a strong female basketball player (her previous design I thought actually showed how good of a body she has for it), and it just feels a bit rushed if I’m being honest.
That said, punching a hole in the wall...
I ended up destroying one of my Thomas tapes honestly.... ONLY because the tape was already ****** to **** when I tried playing it in my VCR.
That‘s how you destroy a VHS tape. When it no longer works in the first place. This is also one I paid for as well, only to find out it never properly...
