Sam and Friends Book Read our review of the long-awaited book, "Sam and Friends - The Story of Jim Henson's First Television Show" by Muppet Historian Craig Shemin.
It does kind of look that way. With both those goggles (which they look more like to me) and that mask, he looks a lot like something out of a Mortal Kombat game. Speaking of his mask, someone on superherohype.com deducted that the mask might be a way for Harry to breathe in the formula that...
I am, too. This is a really cool crossover between two popular Muppet programs. I'm not too familiar with "Sam and Friends", but I am familiar with "Muppets Tonight" and the character Clifford (a character that I think Kevin Clash brings more of his real self into).
You're doing a great job...
You've worked up a pretty interesting story so far, BBG. Take all the time you need to think up more of what to write or revise on. And if you need any help on any FR stuff, you can come to either me or other FR fans on the board.:)
Oh, this what I was doing. My bad.:o I do that a lot on other forums. I tend to get excited when we discuss something that I enjoy talking about, in this case comic books or movie adaptations of them (like Spider-Man).
BTW, getting back on topic, did anyone have a problem with the new suit...
That's right! I forgot! She was in the 90s animated series, but she didn't look the same way she did in the comics. They made her of a different ethnicity, I think.:)
BTW, what does "ziffled" mean?
Betty Brant is also a member of the Daily Bugle staff. She never really appeared in the 90's animated series, only in the 60's one. She was known as one of the romantic interests that Peter had in the comics (and she'll probably again in the movies) next to Mary Jane, Gwen Stacey, and the Black...
No. The black guy's Joseph "Robbie" Robertson. If you listen closely in the first Spider-Man movie, you'll hear him mention Eddie's name.
There's a lot about Robbie and his role at the Daily Bugle on this site:

Oh, it helps a lot. Now I'm really glad that I included him into the "Sesame, DC" continuity.:D
Were there any other characters outside SS (characters that've appeared on The Muppet Show) that appeared on the show?
Yeah. Dr. Conners made an appearance in Spider-Man 2 and even the video game that followed it a month later in 2004. He was played by Dylan Baker (I think that's his name), and he was in two scenes that dealt with Peter Parker's life in college while functioning as Spider-Man.
In one scene...
I got my info about it on superherohype.com, when Avi Arad stated in an interview that there'll be a fourth villain. And if Avi Arad himself said it, then it's obviously true.:)
Not to mention The Gift (which had a friend of mine from elementary school in) and one of my other favorites of...
Thanks, Count.:)
I probably won't replicate the Superman Returns storyline for this story, like I had with X-Men: The Last Stand and "And He'll Stand With...". At least, I don't think I will just yet. First, I'll have to see how Bryan Singer played out the events of the movie, and then I'll...
Wow! Six films?! I would've thought the fourth one would be the last. If he goes that far, Spidey will go down in history as the only superhero franchise to have that many movies. I'm hoping that the fourth movie won't end up in any way like the fourth Batman movie of 1997 or the fourth...
Well, as everyone by now knows, Superman Returns has finally been released in theaters everywhere, and most of everyone (except for me) has seen it already. Yet I was able to read a small spoiler on a website that helped me lead the next chapter straight into the start of the movie.:)...
crazedgonzofa's theory sounds probable; but the Chameleon might stand out a little from all of the other three villains in the next movie.
Count's theory is exactly what I've been thinking ever since I heard there was going to be a fourth villain. The villain himself and the guy that should...
I could see the Fresh Prince as the Green Lantern.:)
But it'd probably be a good idea to pick an unknown if they were ever to do a movie or something like that.
