Cow and Chicken is my least favorite of the original three Cartoon Cartoon shows. I didn't hate it, but didn't enjoy it as much and don't feel a big desire to see that again. But it is a much better show than Ed, Edd & Eddy.
I don't think I've done this list yet... Top ten songs from Weird Al Yankovic that did not get made as official music videos:
1. Yoda
2. Midnight Star
3. Airline Amy
4. Albuquerque
5. Gotta Boogie
6. The Night Santa Went Crazy
7. Everything You Know is Wrong
8. A Complicated Song
9. Cable TV...
I thought roasts were where you make mean comments about people that, despite the roasting, actually do like. If that's the case, why would Justin Bieber be a good roast subject? And I wonder how many of the roasters will really mean the mean things they say out of meanness as opposed to just...
One thing I've always wondered was where all those titles came from. I think somebody said that the episode list came from a TV website, which wouldn't be a proper source for the wiki, but I don't know what source was used for that website. Henson.com never had an episode list for this show (I...
Some time ago, I read somewhere that whenever a Big Bird costume is about to be retired and replaced, they have Big Bird do something that he normally wouldn't do. But the only example I know of is him being in a lake in the Camp Echo Rock episodes. I wonder what else Big Bird has done in such...
I was surprised to hear that Pee-Wee Herman hosted a CBS saturday morning block hosting the show, since his show didn't begin on CBS until the next television season. I wonder if Pee-Wee's Playhouse was in development at the time (and interestingly, like Little Muppet Monsters, that show would...
Maybe they'll makke figures based on the Dennis the Mennis movie and Baby's Day Out.
What I wonder is why their figure of Chucky is promoted on the packaging as Child's Play 2 instead of just Child's Play. I don't think there were toys of other characters from that movie, and it appears to be...
I've been wondering if the linking footage for any of those featured any performers who did not work on The Muppet Show. I haven't seen Rowlf's Rhapsodies, so I don't know if he's credited, but it seems like pretty much all of them list the same eight performers (though Rock Music also credits...
Wow, I had always assumed that the whole show was shot in New York. I wonder if the performers were doing anything else in London at the time (well there was Labyrinth, though neither Nelson or Hunt performed in that). It would be odd to just randomly have the performers perform some scenes...
Did you work on the show or do you have some sort of connection to either Marvel or The Jim Henson Company Archives (or Disney, who owns the show (as well as Marvel), though I've read that the Henson Company Archives still has the master tapes for much of the pre-2004 Muppet productions)?
Somebody just added to the Muppet Wiki page on Little Muppet Monsters that a few of the incomplete unaired episodes are available among tape trading circles. If that's true, I hope they show up on YouTube soon (I already checked to see if they were online, and couldn't find them, though I only...
Did Murphy ever impersonate Bill Cosby? I would have rather he played Buckweat, Mr. Robinson, or Gumby. If he never played Cosby, it wouldn't make sense for him to do so here (I know, some guest hosts did impressions of people they didn't play on the show, I think), especially when Keenan...
So the person from Tough Pigs who was at Toy Fair (were they both there?) was told that the announced Mini Mates line would probably be it for now, but if they do come out with more, I wonder if there should be some series of mini mates themed around different movies.
Of course, I wonder if...
Actually, the people at Tough Pigs revealed that there is going to be some Muppet merchandise this year. It was kept behind curtains, and photos weren't allowed (people could only see them on request), but there are going to be some new Muppet toys, a series of "Mini Mates" and a collection of...
It had already been announced that the small figures would be Minimates, while bigger action figures would also come out as two-packs, one two-pack at a time.
Toughpigs mentioned that the bigger figures will be loaded with accessories. I wonder what accessories they'll be. There's not much...
I often get on Muppet Central on my iPhone, and the bottom half appears black for a few seconds if I'm scrolling slowly, but if I scroll fast or keep scrolling past the black part, the screen stays all-black (even if I move up to where it hadn't been black). And not just when I look at posts...
When Jerry Nelson was interviewed for Muppet Central back in 1998, he mentioned that he performed Statler in Sex and Violence and something else before The Muppet Show began. I wonder if he actually did perform Statler somewhere else, or if he was misremembering. I don't think there's any...
I thought that the Mummenshaz episode was tapped much earlier. It feels more like an "early first season show", and has The Newsman without his glasses (though they could have tapped that part at an earlier date -- there was probably a day where they recorded multiple News segments for the...
Just recently, I was watching the original Cat in the Hat animated special, and there's one joke that I misunderstood for years. Near the beginning, while the kids are looking out the window bored because it's raining and they can't go outside to have fun, there's a song playing about there...
I never thought about that, but it makes sense. But thinking about that, it would make sense for contestants on other game shows to want copies of their appearances.
And I wonder if they only sell copies to the people who appear in those episodes, or if they would sell episodes from eras that...
