I saw Weird Al Yankovic in concert, and I got to meet him after the show. I was so amazed, I couldn't speak, but he was really friendly and I even got an autograph! Here's a link to an earlier post of mine about it...
Yes, I remember Readalong! There used to be a link for Readalong, but it doesn't work now...(sigh). But here is another link relating to the characters Boot and Pretty. The article was written by Bob Dermer, the same puppeteer who did Sam Crenshaw (the security guard) in Today's Special! (An...

Jerry Nelson cameo?
I'm probably wrong...but there's someone in the audience in the following photo that looks like Jerry Nelson. See Dave? Okay, there's Steve Whitmire to the right of him...and look at that guy in the cowboy hat in the front row...could it be? The beard doesn't look quite...
Pretty good film!
Ah, yes. I absolutely loved the Frank Oz reference! I actually applauded Steve Whitmire at that point during the film. With as many of us who wanted Frank Oz to be connected with this film..."the wizard" granted our wish.
Makes me wonder...was Frank Oz watching the movie...

Hey everyone,
I won't see Episode III until Memorial Day weekend. (I'm waiting until I can see it with my family). In the meantime, I had a question for all you Star Wars buffs out there that has a friend of mine and I rather puzzled...
Why hasn't C-3PO made the name "Skywalker"...
I Remember...
I was in junior high and I didn't even know that he had died until the news came on that evening. I remember trying to eat supper, but couldn't...it just tasted bitter. I remember thinking "Why?" over and over again, trying to fathom that Jim was gone.
I guess what's...
Count, the newspaper editor and photographer were named Sal (a lady) and Smitty (a guy who wore a hat a lot like Fozzie's). They worked on a newspaper called "The Daily Noodle", and were always trying to phtograph "The Admiral Bird", which none of the grown-ups had ever seen...kind of like...
Hey everyone,
I thought I'd let you all know about a "real live Gorg's Garden" out there. The Fraggle fans out there (like me) would absolutely love it!
Okay, a couple of years ago, my sister and I took a trip out to the Southwest. On the way, my sister and I visited Albuquerque. We...
Yeah, I know Yoda's not really a Muppet...but hey, it's Frank Oz!
Anyway, I just saw this commercial while watching "Jeopardy!" yesterday...and it's AWESOME!!!
I'm not sure when it will air again, but here is a direct link to the page that talks about it, and if you have Quicktime, there's...
Hey folks,
Just something I was wondering, we knew that the Electric Mayhem bus got sold on Ebay a while back, but...whatever happened to all the other "Muppet cars" from the Muppet (and Sesame) movies? Fozzie's Studebaker, Gonzo's plumbing truck, etc.? In Follow That Bird, we had Gordon's...

The other guy in that commercial (wearing purple) was called "The Duke of Doubt". He was kind of like "Wontkins" from Jim Henson's old Wilkins Coffee commercials...only the Duke of Doubt never got blown up!;)
I have some fuzzy memories about these commercials. One was where the Duke of...
