I'm suspicious of the date on that sign. After all, who here hasn't fudged the date on a check to make it look like they sent their utility payment in on time? If they can lie about the reason they're yanking they toys, they can fib about the date too.
I've noticed that The Swedish Chef has been tamed down. Remember when he'd chase chickens and turkeys around with meat cleavers? Now he hugs chickens. It's a good thing Gonzo doesn't seem to notice.
You win!
Seriously, what are these things made of? I was under the impression that they were papercrafts. If so, how flippin' dangerous could getting your finger stuck in one be? Freedom is just a rip away. It's not like they're chinese finger traps.
I'm pleased that the discussion of...
I like VG Cats, but I hardly ever go to the site because he posts new comics every, oh, whenever. He might go months between updates.
Another great webcomic: Girl Genius by Phil and Kaja Foglio. I can't stress how much I love this comic. I adore Phil's art, always have. However, the story...
There are a number of webcomics I read daily, or as often as they are posted. Some of them are web portals of newspaper comics:
Sabrina Online (M)
Penny Arcade
Kevin & Kell
Dick Tracy
Least I Could Do (M)
PVP Online
Girls with Slingshots (M)
Looking for Group
The ones with a M after them are...
Interestingly enough, my two best friends of late, both of whom I've met on the Internet and continued the friendship into Real Life, are very religious women. One's LDS and the other is Catholic. Neither one was ever put off by my sexual orientation. They both believe that we have brains and...
I hope you don't cut the Fraggle songs from the Henson medley. Fraggle Rock is an important part of the Henson legacy, even if it isn't in front of everybody's eyes like the Muppets and Sesame Street.
I'm looking forward to your medley!
Hmmm... I think Face Facts, Act Fast, Pack Snacks is a good song for the Fraggle spirit. It's all about going for whatever you've set your sights on and having a good time while doing it. And Follow Me is practically a given.
My point remains: there are a lot of things that the Bible prohibits, but people pick and choose which ones to follow based on their existing beliefs.
Cracker Barrel fired employees because they were gay. Not because it had any impact on their work whatsoever, but simply because they did not...
To be honest, I haven't been following this in the news. I have enough stress in my life without seeking out news items that will only rile me. The impression I got from what I had seen was that the president of Chick-Fil-A had said that he didn't support gay marriage. Well, I knew it was a...
I'd ask what the tempo of the medley is. We Are the Children of Tomorrow might slow things down. Pass it On is a good, peppy song that has a clear message, even if you know nothing about the show. Pukka Pukka Pukka Squeetily Boink is also wonderfully, goofily Fraggly.
*chuckles* Rowlf, you sly son of a... er, you sly dog. It's stuff like this that makes me wish we could get more of him in canon Muppet projects. Good work.
Another character from "My Little Fraggles: Music is Magic":
My Little Cantus: I considered a number of species for him, as he's unusually tall and shaggy for a Fraggle. At first I was going to make him a unicorn, as they have magical powers, and that would explain how he plays a horn...
Er, I watched that episode this morning, and that isn't the case. She asks him what he wants to do, she asks him if he really wants a rock on his belly or to be a sock rack, and she doesn't answer the questions for him. She waits until he tells her he doesn't want the rock, then takes it off...
