Hmm. Try this, Dr. B. Unsubscribe from the MuppetCast in iTunes, delete out all the old episode mp3s you might have, and then re-subscribe to it and sync. See if that doesn't fix the problem.
I thought StSK was very well done, and I think it'll be extremely effective in helping preschoolers with science readiness! Everything was done just right, this was a strong start. I'm personally also glad to see Henson have another high-profile children's series on the air.
I know for a fact that he's in the 2nd Old School set, because I'm watching those discs again this week and I've seen him. He might be in the first set too but I don't remember that.
Uncle Deadly is a great pick, DC! I'm sure this is a top we'll be visiting on a future Muppet list, and I'll try to include him in that segment. My favorite Deadly appearances are in the Alice Cooper episode.
Hi-ho! This week's show is definitely one you can't miss. My special guest is the very talented puppeteer Terry Angus! We had so much to talk about that I split the interview into two segments, and next week you'll hear the conclusion of our conversation. This week, however, Terry and I talk...
Yeah, the iPhone is fun. The only thing it doesn't have (and currently doesn't support) is Flash, but other than that it's really great. Show #73 will bring us an interview, possibly a two-parter, with the wonderful Terry Angus. Terry is a puppeteer and puppet builder, and worked on Fraggle...
That was a most excellent guess as to the origin of "Oh Lou", Count! Unfortunately many of us are nowhere near as knowledgeable or diligent as you are when crafting witty and funny references. But I'm now putting SNL and Mary Tyler Moore on my Netflix queue, hehe.
I personally like the term...
Sorry it's taken me so long to get back here. Good thoughts!
Count:
1. You're right, it's "Alphabeats". Indeed, I used to eat nothing but Alpha-bits cereal for breakfast, and Alphabet soup for lunch as a child, wich is porbably why I spell so wel tody.
2. Mmm, ceramic plates, with just a...
Hello everybodeeeee! It is your old pal The MuppetCast! This week is all about the lost art of conversation, as this episode contains three separate interviews! The first is a new addition to the Profile of a Podcaster series, with my good friend Lou Mongello. Lou is an author, podcaster...
Hello Muppet people! I know it's only August, but it's time to start thinking about the upcoming Christmas/Holiday season a bit. This year I plan on helping people out a bit with their shopping, and maybe even saving you a little money.
What I'm proposing is to make some big-ticket items...
OK, well now that you're back, the Pirates music, and all the rest of the piano/string music you heard in the background of that segment, was taken from the soundtrack to Disneyland's Club 33. It's a favorite collection of mine, sort of sentimental yet boisterous and expressive, and it makes...
You can also save the money you'd spend on a region-free DVD player (which aren't necessarily legal everywhere), and just play the discs in any computer DVD player. Even the freely-available VLC player will play any DVD, regardless of encoding, region, and PAL or NTSC encoding!
The Australian Season 4 has no special features, and a few episodes on it are repeats from Season 3. It just has to do with how the seasons/episodes are divvied up, but all the remaining episodes are there.
Out of curiosity, about how long did it take the people here to get their form-letter...
I'll try and scan in the photos to the Flickr page this week, thanks for reminding me. Glad everyone is digging the episode. It's the first one I've recorded in the studio since the trip, and it felt good to get back into the swing of things!
I hate hate HATE corporate responses like this. When a company responds like this it sends a clear message: "We don't have to care about you enough to respond to you. Hopefully you will be aware of this fact in the future."
Hello Muppet People! I'm happy to be back in the studio here in Columbus, OH, hosting The MuppetCast. With a new in-person interview with Jane Hunt (live from her kitchen), a new Muppet List, a discussion of Studio DC, all the normal news, history, feedback, and a Sesame-riffic montage, this...
