Anyone heard of this old Henson/Oz appearance?

Yeah, I could tell even from the production photos that Jim and Frank were not exactly having a swell time with 'ole Orson. Frank actually looks like he's at a funeral. :(

Anyone heard of this old Henson/Oz appearance?

One other interesting sidenote, is that this unaired pilot of 1979 was the same year that Welles appeared in TMM in a cameo. I guess it was his brief muppet phase! :)

Anyone heard of this old Henson/Oz appearance?

This is pretty interesting. Unfortunately, I don't know any more than you. The link that you provided seems to be about the most substantive info out there on the show, but you could also look at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0173582/ or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Orson_Welles_Show for...

    Lots of MUP3's, Wanna Trade?

This is probably wishful thinking on my part, but does anyone know if an audio recording of "Danny Boy" as performed by Beaker, Animal, and the Swedish Chef is available? I heard this on MC radio, and it was one of the funniest things that I have ever heard. :) I read that it was from the...

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Old School DVD

Thanks for sharing that info, jeffkoe! That is really interesting. Here's the info I found on muppet wiki, if anyone's interested: Jaime Sánchez (b. 1938) played Miguel in the second season of Sesame Street. Sánchez was the first Latino cast member on the show. He left the show after one...

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Old School DVD

Question about Spanish on Sesame Street Hi all, I have really been enjoying Sesame Street Old School. I recently watched the premier episode for season 3 - I feel like this was the year Sesame Street really polished itself (IMO, there was some dead time in the season 1 and 2 premieres, like...

MY WISH LIST and how to access classic MERRY CHRISTMAS from SESAME STREET Hi everyone, I'm looking for some old-school Sesame Street music in the hopes that someone here has converted their LPs to digital. What I really want is: Bert and Ernie Sing-Along (1975) (especially the classic "I...

Hello everyone! Hi everyone! I'm happy to be a part of this site. I've been a muppet fan ever since I first plopped down in front of Sesame Street as a 2-year old. I have a particular interest in the musical elements, as I'm an ESOL elementary teacher who sings in 2 choirs and write songs...
