Question about letter pairings

During the era when there were two letter sponsors in an episode, I ask this question: What letter was paired the most with each letter of the alphabet?

I will start with one letter: D. I believe the letters that were paired with D the most were W (mostly in the 1970s), B and H. Which of those letters were paired the most with D?

Also, what other letter in the alphabet was paired the most with each of the other 25 letters? (i.e. which letter was paired with "A" the most, etc.).

I think the letter "E" might also be a contender here.

I can see the letter "B" paired with "D", "F" or "P" quite frequently during the period of two featured letters.
The letter "M" was frequently paired with "L" or "N" (more the latter), maybe even "B".
"H" was frequently paired with "D" or "I", I believe. Maybe even "F".

"C" was also very frequently paired with the letter "U" as well.
Another one to add...

"K" was very frequently paired with "L" or "R". "M" was also a common pairing with "K" - mainly in Seasons 4 through 6. "G" may also be paired with "K" frequently too.
