Bear arrives on Disney+ The beloved series has been off the air for the past 15 years. Now all four seasons are finally available for a whole new generation.
Arrested Development and NewsRadio are two of my very favorite shows, but they were completely overlooked while they were on. NewsRadio has a manic, fat-paced, silly brand of humor comparable to the Muppet Show's antics. Arrested Development was just far too brilliant for television, and...
This is very, very sad news. And so soon after the loss of Sesame Street musician Danny Epstein.
Goodbye, Mr. Parnell. I've always appreciated your work with the Muppets. Where would the show have been without your musical ability?
SPOILER MODE ON (highlight for response):
The garbage man was Sid from the first Toy Story as evidenced by his shirt and the end credits... so... yeah... Lotso's in pretty deep.
Well, the one looks like Richard Hunt's hair, though I kind of doubt he would be right-handing for someone who was essentially a right-hander at the time.
Michael Earl's page says that he was (likely) performing Zoot and Animal during the scene. "The Muppet Movie - Additional Muppet...
I disagree. Beaker and Animal, despite being fairly one-note characters (or perhaps because of) have kind of eclipsed every other Muppet in popularity with the exception of Kermit, Piggy, and perhaps Gonzo. I see more Animal merchandise than almost any other character, except Kermit. Beaker has...
Thanks Jim!

Hiya, Jim!
I own two sheets of the Jim Henson and Muppet stamps. I was wondering if you wrote the little comments from the Muppets on the back of that. Additionally, what was your opinion of the stamps? It was kind of disappointing to see they were available less than a year because of the...
The preproduction process is very similair. Everything about a Muppet movie has to planned out, the same as with animation. Everything has to be storyboarded.
But it's very exciting to hear that Pixar's story people are taking a gander at this. Very, very cool.
Digging up this thread because I was thinking of some of my favorite musical moments from television:
"Brotherhood of Man" - The Drew Carey Show: Not just because it's a great song and a great musical, but they do really well in this rendition. A really good performance!
"Life Has Been...
Nope. The Muppet Mindset's interview with Bill Barretta cleared that up. He confirmed that Lew is now performed by Matt Vogel.
In fact, Matt has now performed Lew more than Bill ever did... which was once... eight years ago. :p
Also, I really don't like the advice he took from Seth Green. You don't attract the fans by referencing other stuff from the series. You attract the fans by telling a good story and staying true to the show's roots and true to the characters. I'm not going to sit in a theater thinking "Oooh! Red...
