    Hi there, the face straps are 1mm leather shaped with water. It has to be vege tanned leather to work, but all you do is get the leather nice and wet and then you can actually sculpt it with your fingers, and it holds the shape when dry. The teeth are made from sculpty in about 5 minutes :)

    A few more updates: We had a big build day recently, and got a heck of a lot of new puppets made A rough test of how the sherpa will work Heres one of my favourite new guys so far. and finally, a video of our build day :)

    The full backpack rig for my sherpa puppet. He's supposed to be a bit of a walking Swiss army knife, so eventually his belt will have pouches and hooks for tools and other trinkets
