Australian season 4 is out, got mine from http://dvdcrave.com/. You do need a multi-region & pal-converting player to view it, but this isn't as difficult or expensive as it sounds. It is true that it is completely lacking any special features, but the video and sound quality is quite good...

Yikes, that's a tough one. So many favorites in this season! If forced to choose just one, I'd pick "The Beanbarrow, the Burden, and the Bright Bouquet" with "The Secret Society of Poobahs" running a close second.
