The really tragic millestone is going to be when the first of whichever of the five seasons it happens with, every guest is gone. Furthermore on the law of averages, when that happens the numbers left in the remaining seasons won't be all that very high for that matter.
Depends how you look at it. If by outlive you simply mean live to see all the guests pass away, then yes, most younger members probably will.

It would have been wonderful if he could have made one last Christmas, let alone one last birthday, as they were both around the corner. So very sad that anyone should have to die around this time of year.

Technically there are plenty of cameo guest stars as well as main guests on Muppets Tonight and the list of those gone also includes "Mr. Spock" Leonard Nimoy from Star Trek, who appeared briefly in the Garth Brooks episode.
Having said that the RIP list for Muppets Tonight is certainly still...
I've finally read this. Very humourous and worthy of Muppet legacy. The best parts include the Cold Opening, Muppet Newsflash and the Closing Duet/Duel with Michael and Gonzo.
