    Palisades customer service rocks!

    I must agree! On my Tux Kermit stand on of the pegs was shorter than the other. I sent him an email to see if he had any extras. And low and behold UPS brought a TWO DAY air envelope with 2 new pegs in it! They are wonderful!

    I tried calling TRU with that SKN number and the said that the lab was not in thier warehouse yet. Also I had a disagreement with the manager. According to him Series One is not out yet! He said their is an open order for over 1000, but they have not come to the warehouse yet. Could he already...
